I am thinking of a career change.  I have a degree in General Business Management.  I've been a Deputy Treasurer, worked in Medical Billing (which I do not want to do again),  waitressed, cashiered, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and for the last four years worked a an quasi independent contractor as a Sales Representative.  I love people, am proficient with numbers and computers, I have good telephone skills.....   I am just going to be honest I love the flexibility of  working four or five hours a day four or five days a week.  I do work work more when it's needed but I love the flexibility.

Problem is I am starting to get burned out in my current position, I don't have benefits and I am not getting any younger.  I am 41.  I've had benefits before but never the flexibility I currently have.  I need to start thinking about retirement again because I am not currently making enough to put money away on my own and I really think I should get health insurance, which I am currently not making enough to pay it's enormous cost either.

Does anyone know of any other jobs with flexibility of hours/days worked with benefits?  Perhaps in marketing or another Sales Job?  Or any other career that would fit my personality?  I really struggle with not getting depressed and an achy back and neck if I have to sit at a desk from 8-5 everyday.

Thanks!
