Since 2002, Ian has been building a reputation as an expert and
authority in career transitions and career management for executives,
managers and other senior professionals. As Head Career Strategist of
BoldCareer, he delivers services, programs, tools, and live events for
individual clients. He also consults to MBA career programs and is a
writer, blogger, media spokesperson and experienced speaker on the
bold career mission.
Ian entered the field in 1993, following his MBA. He joined the
executive search industry and over five years, worked with thousands
of candidates and clients developing strong expertise in executive and
senior management career transitions. His own subsequent start-up was
acquired by Monster, and he joined the Monster team to lead the
self-employment, executive and other speciality markets as a Product
Director.
