A: The new Career Advice Community boards will display around 7200 characters in a message post before the message display is truncated. Keep in mind the character count includes the hidden HTML tags that control paragraphs, fonts, colors and other message formatting.

When a message is truncated, you can still view the entire post by clicking on the "View Full Message" button at the bottom of the message. The expanded post will be displayed in a window with the surrounding message board navigation removed, including the reply button. To return to the original post on the message board or to post a reply, click on the "Back" button at the bottom of the full message display or use the browser's back button.

The full message can contain over 15,000 characters.

The Reply button displays normally at the bottom of the truncated version of the message.so you can use that anytime.

When you click on the "View Full Message" button to expand the truncated version, the surrounding navigation and other elements are removed. It looks like a child window but is not. Just click the browser back button to return to the truncated version and click the Reply button to post a response.

You can follow the same procedure when in the Compose screen and want to view the full post to which you are replying..

I understand it is not there, why asking if it could be there.  It is impossible to help on resumes that are truncated without have multiple windows open or c&p then comment post, c&p then comment and post for each thing.  It would cause several messages to give a good response.  Grrrrr What a clusterf...
