hi,  I was wondering if you guys could check out my resume and see if its good or not. I recently just graduated from a technical college and been applying places for a month now and I don't get much repliesfrown. Any help would be appreciated.

Worked with Windows Server 2008R2 setting up DHCP servers, DHCP relay agents, DNS, Active Directory. Installation role and configuration of Windows Deployment Service (WDS). Created and used batch files. Unattended installation of Windows 7 image was also created and put in use. Captured packets on the network using Wireshark and analyzed them.

I'd put the objective section on a diet.  Actually I'd get rid of it, your objective is to get whatever job you're applying for. 

Try to highlight the Farsi thing, probably not a lot of call for it, but hard to find.  Keep the detail in the education section, since you don't have any applicable work history. 

I'd kill the detail in the CompTIA entries, if the employer cares about them, they know what they are.

Your objective is actually a section highlighting some skill keywords. It's great to have them, but I'd have to agree with JohnGalt that they're not in their place right now. These skills are things many applicants claim. You need to whittle them down to the ones that are most important to the job (and the ones you can substantiate with an example if asked.

For the new objective (or qualifications/career summary) you need to write something high on personality that draws attention from a human.
