I'm a high school student and the only experience I have is out of the country during the summer.

Is the layout okay? I'm looking to apply to coffee shops, book stores and possibly retail.

I'd appreciate all feedback as I realise I have a lot to work on.

Thank you!

Your layout looks fine and your resume is better than most of the resumes I come across.
There are still a couple of tweaks you could make though.

1) In your experience section, I would recommend reordering your duties, so the most important and impressive ones are near the top. If you're applying for anything else than a coffee shop or a restaurant, that first point about preparing food and drinks probably won't matter to the hiring manager.

2) In your skills you mention "Able to communicate objectives clearly and precisely" "Ability to work in a fast paced environment". You should try to be consistent in how you phrase these things; in other words, use "able to" or "ability to" in both.

3) You don't need the "References Available Upon Request" request line. It is already assumed you have them when you're applying for a job and have previous experience.

Good luck!
