Hi Gomez87,

Thank you for posting your resume! You have a very good start. Here are a few ideas for improvement:

- Add a Qualifications Summary. This section would be placed above your Experience section, and includes your career goal and highlights of your strongest qualifications. Right now, readers would have to guess what type of job you're targeting -- it's better to spell it out for them.

- Write in an "implied" first-person voice. If you remove personal pronouns, your document will be easier to skim and digest (e.g., replace "I have worked with children" with "Worked with children...").

- Revise the Education section. Remove high school information. Lead with your college studies, but make it clear if you have earned your degree or if it's in progress.

- Revise the Skills section. The second bullet re: your Spanish language skills is covered in your first bullet that says you are trilingual.

- "Clean up" the document. Thoroughly proofread and correct any writing issues. For example, months of employment should be capitalized whereas "kids/teenagers" should be lowercase (I would use "youth" instead of "kids"). State names (Los Angeles), job titles used in headings (Playground Supervisor), and employer names should also be capitalized.

I hope this gives you a starting point for improving your document!
Best wishes,
Kim Isaacs
