Hi apbball23,

Thank you for posting your resume! I think you have a great start. Here are a couple of suggestions for improvement:

- Convert your "Objective" section into a "Qualifications Summary." Your summary can include highlights of the administrative skills that you bring to the table. Some of the skills you listed in "Strengths" can be mentioned in the summary. Here's a sample resume that includes a summary section:
Executive Assistant Resume Sample

- Add more accomplishments. Your work history section is focused on your day-to-day responsibilities (e.g. answering phones, filing, copying, etc.), but how did you make a difference at each of your employers? What kind of challenging issues did you solve? Did you receive high scores on guest satisfaction surveys? Did you work on any special projects that helped your supervisor or department meet a specific goal? For each position, include a list of your strongest accomplishments.
Best wishes,

Thanks for your advice. I will consider the changes I can make. For accomplishments, should I have 3 accomplishments instead of the day-to-day responsibilities that I listed or can I mix both of those?

First, delete humorous--he company will wonder if you're offbeat or offensive.

Second your objective line has grammatical and punctuation errors--not that I'm perfect here, as my tablet makes editing difficult. But for you, you either seek an admin position, or seek admin position, but not the. Unless you have more specifics like the admin position in your widgets department. And you don't contribute to company's but to company, which I would end with a comma before gain experience, which I'm not sure you should have as it implies you haven't any. Its also very bland, though it worked for me, but Kim probably has better suggestion on using the line to show how you will benefit company.
