Hi everyone,

I have over 15 years of experience in my field and with awards and certifications; I have exceeded the "one page limit" rule.  :-O

I haven't "fluffed" the resume, quite the opposite - only provided detailed, high-level bullet points. Regardless, after multiple phone interviews, I have been asked to participate in a face-to-face interview. The person I’m meeting is not at the management level, but nevertheless, their input will have an influence for my consideration.

I didn’t have an issue with the phone interviews as my resume was in electronic form, however when I participate in the face-to-face interview – I will bring hard copies of my resume.

My long-winded question is… do I staple/paperclip these two pages together – or is there another means of “combining” these pages?

Hi meatwagon,

Resumes can certainly be two pages and it sounds like that is the perfect page length for you.

Just pile the two pages one on top of the other -- no need for staples or paperclips. Another option is to place your resume in a presentation folder and hand the folder to the hiring manager if your resume is requested.
Best wishes,
