Hi Mill1476,

Thank you for posting your resume! Your document has some very good information. Here are a few ideas for improvement:

- Create a targeted "Profile Summary" section. The content is currently very general and can apply to virtually any career field. Include your career goal and highlights of your strongest qualifications. You can also mention your MBA in the summary, as this credential is buried at the bottom of your resume.

- Fix errors that appear throughout your resume. For example, the first bullet in your work history section ("Organized promotion programs...") isn't clear and seems to include a couple of different thoughts (promotion programs and ecommerce).

- Take your job bullets to the next level. Instead of focusing on what you were responsible for, write about how well you performed your job duties. For example, you "manage employee relations." Did you improve employee-employer relations? If so, what did you do specifically to improve employee relations? How did the staff or your employer benefit?

I hope this is helpful. Good luck to you!
Best wishes,
Kim Isaacs
