Hi MattJake26,

Your career change is very exciting! I agree that your skills and credentials are very strong and will be relevant to a nonprofit or company with a commitment to corporate philanthropy.

Your resume has some excellent content, but I recommend restructuring the document to take it to the next level. The categories you created (sales, customer relations, etc.) make this a functional resume, which is not the most user-friendly format. It's not easy to see where and when you performed each of your skills or what the outcomes were for your employers. I suggest moving the bullets within these categories to the appropriate position, creating more of a combination resume format.

You would also benefit from developing several versions of your resume. The jobs you mentioned in the Objective section are fairly different, and would require emphasizing different skills and experiences. An employer seeking to recruit a project manager will be looking for different skills than an employer recruiting an account manager. It's a bit more work, but you will benefit from using a resume with a crystal clear career goal that will capture the attention of hiring managers.

I also think you should remove the parts of your Objective that could be perceived as too demanding, such as looking for a "solid company" with a "fun atmosphere." While that is honestly stating what you are looking for, it's better if the resume has more of a focus on what you bring to the table. Get them interested in you, and you can see for yourself if they're worth talking to.

I hope this is helpful. Wishing you good luck!
Best wishes,
Kim Isaacs
