In my role as a clerical assistant I provide support to a large team of field representatives on behalf of six major utility providers. My main responsibilities include making and receiving calls, dealing with enquiries from both customers and clients in a professional manner, processing payments and arranging payment plans on behalf of customers. I undertake daily tasks which include filing, photocopying and database input ensuring that the data is in the correct format.

During my time at Company, I worked on behalf of Santander where I had to make and receive calls dealing with the public and assisting them in resolving their financial difficulties. I was heavily involved in receiving payments, setting up payment arrangements and general customer enquiries.
