Thank you for posting your resume to this forum. You have an excellent start!

The main area you should work on is your director position description, as I believe the bullets could be much stronger. For example, one of the bullets mentions answering the phone and setting appointments. That would be more appropriate to emphasize for a clerical job. As the school's director, there must be more compelling accomplishments you can highlight.

Think about accomplishments that would be applicable to community outreach or event planning work. Did you help improve community-school relations? Improve the visibility of the school within the community? Assist with fundraising? Help facilitate referrals for necessary services? Add bullets that are more likely to "sell" your qualifications for your current career goal.
