I'm trying to put together a sort of generic or cold cover letter to not only post to monster, but to apply to companies that don't have jobs advertised, at least just to get their attention should a position open up.

This is what I have right now, but I really need to change the second paragraph, and I really want to tell them short and sweet what I can do for the company, but I'm terrible at wording things...or rather it takes me an hour or more just to compose a simple bloody sentence trying to convey what I can do, and to get their attention.
