Hi jackielarosa,

Your resume is a great start and you have some impressive achievements sprinkled throughout. Here are a few ideas for making it even better:

- Enhance your Profile section. You can include more job-related skills for librarian assistants that will catch the eye of hiring managers (e.g., knowledge of specific reference resources, authors, materials, databases/web-based materials, etc.).

- Expand on your achievements. For example, in your current position, you increased patronage through your training/orientation program. How many people participated? Can you quantify the increase in patrons? Did you develop the program yourself and how often do you run the program? For each of your positions, take your accomplishments to the next level by quantifying or explaining the benefits of your work. Also, use past tense because the accomplishments happened in the past.

- Group similar tech skills together instead of wasting a whole line for a single program. So "Outlook" can be moved to the MS section.

- Remove your high school information. Employers will be most interested in your college education.

I hope this helps. Wishing you good luck!
Best wishes,
