Hi Kim,

I have over 25 years of work history to put on a resume. Moreover most that work history is from my Military serve of 20 years. I have been told that my service related experience is not really what the employers want to see.

1. Do i include my military history as far as skill set?

2. Should a resume be more than 92 words?

3. HELP please......

Your military service should certainly appear on your resume, but if you are targeting a non-military position, make sure the experience is "translated" so civilian employers easily understand your experience. I wrote an article on this topic here:

Military experience is very valuable, so I disagree with the advice that employers don't want to see this experience on your resume. You do need to craft your resume so that employers understand the value of your military achievements and how they relate to the position you are targeting.
