Career Assessment Coach Susan Aaron is a freelancer who writes about education and educational technology. Before joining Monster, Aaron worked as editor-in-chief and community development producer for Ziff-Davis' online learning service ZDU. Prior to her involvement with the Web publishing, Aaron tutored public school students and ran an early online learning research project.

She holds a bachelor's degree in mass communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master's degree in education concentrating in educational technology from Harvard University. She also makes art using chicken bones.
